We highly recommend use of this convenient service. Download the app instacart.com/publix and use it to select and purchase your vacation groceries. Since your order is pre-paid, you can simply pick up your groceries on the way to the marina.
Luggage Assist Program
If you take the Island Club Ferry (northcaptiva.com) they have a “luggage assist program” you can select. For a small fee, they will bring your luggage and groceries to Gumbo Limbo. When reserving this service, you will need to tell them the house Island Club membership is number 262. The house is property #26 in Safety Harbor and the address is 4460 Seagrape Bend Drive.
Grocery Delivery
Contact Debbie Winstead at Fresh Pick Grocery Service to find out her rates and availability for grocery delivery to Gumbo Limbo (house address: 4460 Seagrape Bend Drive, property# 26 Safety Harbor Club). Other guests have used this service and give them high marks. You may also research other grocery delivery options using an internet or Facebook search. If you plan to have your groceries delivered before your arrival, please coordinate with us so that we make sure the house is available and unlocked for the delivery.
Taxi Grocery Stops
Ask your taxi/airport shuttle company about stopping to pick up your Publix Instacart grocery order on your way to the marina where you will meet your island ferry/water taxi. Your taxi/airport shuttle company will need to be notified of your grocery plans in advance so they can make sure they get you to your ferry/water taxi on-time.

They required a 48 hour notice for Faxed Grocery Orders and charge an additional 10% for this service.
